Carrie has been working with people to help solve their chronic muscle and joint pain for the last 15 years. She has worked with people of all ages and walks of life who have suffered from just about any ache and pain you can imagine.

Carries practice is to evaluate your posture, joint position and body mechanics from head to toe. She methodically identifies your particular muscular imbalances, weakness, misalignments, and movement dysfunctions and pinpoints the underlying causes of any current pain or physical limitation. She then creates a routine of personalized corrective exercises completely specific to the individual, designed to restore full body alignment, muscle balance and joint function.

This type of therapy does not treat the symptom site. It is an over all body approach to fixing pain. The entire body is looked at instead of one joint or one site. This allows the therapist to treat the body not the symptom.

These are benefits you can expect with Posture Therapy:

  • decreased pain
  • increased energy levels
  • restored neutral posture
  • more physical function
  • better range of motion
  • less stress
  • more strength

This takes some effort on the client/patient part and your exercises and stretches will become a part of your every day routine. This is not a quick fix but will get to the deep rooted causes of your pain. You will work one on one with Carrie and over the course of your time will learn more about your body, its condition and how to alleviate your pain.
